Brendoncare Stildon
Brendoncare Stildon is a warm and friendly care home within easy reach of East Grinstead’s historic town centre, that provides nursing and respite care.
There are 32 en-suite rooms divided into two smaller households, giving it a homely feel.
All our spacious bedrooms feature en-suite facilities, a TV point, a private telephone line, and a 24-hour call system. Wheelchair-accessible showers and assisted bathrooms are conveniently located nearby.
Residents are welcome to personalise their rooms with their own furniture and belongings, bringing a sense of familiarity and comfort to their home.
Our care home offers nursing, respite, and end-of-life care.
Residents receive personalised care services tailored to their individual needs, delivered by our experienced nurses and carers who are available 24 hours a day.
Nursing care provides support to individuals with complex needs, such as physical illnesses or medical conditions, who require regular nursing care.
Respite care provides short-term support to individuals recovering from an illness, hospital stay, or when caregivers need a break.
End-of-life care supports those in the last months or years of their lives, enabling them to continue living with dignity.
Our care home’s facilities include comfortable communal lounge areas, dining rooms, and a hair salon.
Outside in our mature gardens, there are restful garden seating areas and a summerhouse.
Food and drink play an essential role in our daily lives. Our chef managers work closely with residents and staff to accommodate any specific likes and dislikes, dietary and allergy requirements, or cultural/spiritual needs.
Our varied menus always include healthy, wholesome, appetising food, with snacks and drinks available anytime. We are proud to maintain a 5-star food hygiene rating from the Food Standards Agency.
Our wellbeing coordinators focus solely on supporting the quality of life for each resident.
They organise a varied range of activities, including music and movement, seated exercises, gardening, painting, gentle strolls, and the use of an interactive activity table, as well as visits from local schools and groups.
They also arrange celebrations on special occasions, including birthdays, Mother’s Day, Easter, and Christmas.

I have almost 20 years of experience in the care sector, starting as a support worker and progressing to Registered Manager. I bring a wealth of hands-on expertise and leadership to Brendoncare Stildon. My journey has been driven by a deep commitment to delivering exceptional person-centred care, fostering team development and ensuring residents live with dignity and purpose.
Having managed diverse services, including nursing homes, supported living, and reablement services, I am passionate about embracing innovative care practices while maintaining the values at the heart of Brendoncare. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where both residents and staff feel valued and supported.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through regular gym sessions and bike rides, which help me maintain focus and energy in my professional life.
