Day Breaks offers high quality flexible day care and weekend care in a warm, intimate and friendly environment. Designed to meet the social and care needs of older people in the locality, it also affords their carers an occasional break.
Members enjoy meeting in a friendly environment with plenty of activities, excellent resources, good food and great company. They can come for just an hour or spend all day. Some choose to relax and socialise, while others get involved with arts and crafts activities, enjoy an exercise class, or take advantage of special services including hairdressing, pedicure, physiotherapy, aromatherapy and assisted bathing.
The service runs seven days a week and is designed to be highly flexible. Ronald Gibson House enjoys a convenient location with easy access, ample car parking and transport is available if required.
