We are looking for Host/Hostess', to join our team of bank staff to provide ad-hoc cover for staff holidays and sickness. Our bank opportunities provide flexibility and often lead to permanent contracted hours.
This role is important in helping residents to experience a personal service and person interaction in their day. With a background of working in a similar environment, your friendly and personable can-do attitude will ensure residents receive the top quality service required from all staff at Brendoncare. You will be well presented and polite at all times, putting the needs of the resident foremost in your working day.
Main duties will include:
- Distribution of residents’ post
- Assisting residents with meal choice
- Delivering teas and coffees to residents and clearing away
- Assisting Nursing staff with lunches for residents in the dining room
- Ensuring the clean and tidy appearance of your work area
Rates of pay are competitive and vary by home. We provide the same level of training and continuing personal development as we do for our permanent staff, as well as a free uniform, free initial DBS Check and free staff meals when on duty.
