Lisa Wallace started her caring career when she was 16. She worked in community care for ten years before moving into working in the care home environment. She has looked after residents with nursing, residential and dementia needs. Whilst working in a specialist dementia care home she completed her NVQ Diploma Level 5 Certificate.
Lisa had this to say, “I am excited to be taking on this new role. I am really looking forward to this new challenge and working with the wonderful team. The residents can be assured they will receive the best care possible.
“In terms of my personal goals; I ensure every day is a day well lived, I’m not perfect by any means but I am the perfect version of me!”
Lisa lives in the New Forest and loves long walks with her husband and two new puppies who all enjoy the frosty and wet mornings!
