You will be surprised how much experience you have that will transfer brilliantly into a care environment. If you naturally care about older people, can communicate well and are an empathetic and compassionate person, we can and will teach you everything else you need to be a fantastic care assistant.
We have plenty of colleagues who have joined us from completely different sectors including retail, defence, administration and others, who flourish with us.

Your knowledge, judgement and expertise are important to us, and we will entrust you to use these to provide the best quality care for our residents.
Enhanced pay rates are available for those holding an NVQ2 qualification, and for those with an NVQ3 qualification, the opportunity to progress to Senior Care Assistant at a further enhanced hourly rate is available.

Whilst they can be nerve-wracking, interviews are a great opportunity for us to learn more about each other. To prepare, think about examples you would like to highlight during your interview, and questions you would like us to answer for you.
You will be given access to our screening portal to complete any work history gaps, referencing and DBS checking information. Your new team will keep in touch to help you prepare for your first day.
