Step 2

Screening Call

Once we receive your application we’ll be in touch as soon as possible. If your application is shortlisted, a member of the team will call to discuss the role and your interest in it a bit further. If you’re happy and we’re happy, we will recommend you for interview.

Step 3

Interview

Whilst they can be nerve-wracking, interviews are a great opportunity for us to learn more about each other. To prepare, think about examples you would like to highlight during your interview, and questions you would like us to answer for you.
