You will be surprised how much experience you have that will transfer brilliantly into a care environment. We have plenty of colleagues who have joined us from completely different sectors including retail, defence, administration and others, who flourish with us.
Whether this is your first ever job, or a complete career change following a rich working history, we would be delighted to support you in a new role with Brendoncare.
New starters with experience in care often enjoy the difference in working for a truly not for profit care provider makes.
Your knowledge, judgement and expertise are important to us, and we will entrust you to use these to provide the best quality care for our residents.
Enhanced pay rates are available for those holding an NVQ2 qualification, and for those with an NVQ3 qualification, the opportunity to progress to Senior Care Assistant at a further enhanced hourly rate is available.
If you have found a role that you feel you will love, make sure you’re also happy with things such as the location, the salary and the hours. When you’re ready, we will be delighted to receive your application.
Once we receive your application we’ll be in touch as soon as possible. If your application is shortlisted, a member of the team will call to discuss the role and your interest in it a bit further. If you’re happy and we’re happy, we will recommend you for interview.
Whilst they can be nerve-wracking, interviews are a great opportunity for us to learn more about each other. To prepare, think about examples you would like to highlight during your interview, and questions you would like us to answer for you.
