Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise. It consists of a sequence of slow, gentle movements which help to correct posture, strengthen the legs and relax the mind and body. All classes include 20 minutes of simple Chi Kung exercises which strengthen the body and increase energy levels. The class is aimed at beginners and is done in a standing position with chairs available if anyone needs to rest.
