The aim of this session is to clarify the volunteers responsibilities in preventing and dealing with accidents, incidents and sudden illness.

It covers:

• What we mean by accidents, incidents and sudden illness
• How the possibility of accidents and incidents can be reduced
• The Brendoncare procedure for reporting these and the paperwork that must be completed
