The Sales Suite will be opening on Monday 16 April 2018 for people to come and find out more about Brendoncare’s innovative care scheme at Otterbourne Hill near Winchester.
The development, which is scheduled to open in the summer, will support both individuals and couples through a range of care services. A 64-bedroom care home will offer nursing and dementia care in a family-like environment, filled with opportunities for friendship and a sense of community. Respite care and day care services will also be provided.
There will also be 20 apartments designed to support individuals and couples living with memory issues. Domiciliary care can be provided.
Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill will also offer a community hub with a range of facilities and resources, including a restaurant, tea shop, areas for clubs and activities and an indoor winter garden. The hub will be open to both residents at Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill and people living in the local community to enjoy.
