Positive results

Emma Digance, Brendoncare’s Director of Brand & Customer Experience, says:

“We are really encouraged to see such positive results in our survey especially when we are about to celebrate Brendoncare’s 40th anniversary.

“We carry out our surveys either annually or on a rolling basis so we can regularly evaluate and assess what we are doing well and where we need to improve.

“Their feedback and suggestions will help us develop further to ensure we continue delivering services which they want and are of the highest standards. We also know from them in what areas in which we need to improve. This will be a huge priority for us as we start shaping the Brendoncare of the future.

“Thank you to our residents, their relatives, and our community club members for taking the time and trouble to respond. They have given us valuable information that will help us greatly as we continue developing our services.”
