Bank Care Assistant
You make a difference, every day, that’s why we need you in our team.
You treat the people you care for as individuals, whether that’s through your experience of working as carer or because you’ve cared for an older relative or friend. We’ll support you to provide care which is tailored to every person’s needs, in a home that feels like family, valuing the small things which are important to each resident. We’d love you to be NVQ/QCF 2 qualified with experience of providing care but it’s your values that are more important to us.
We are looking for Care Assistants to join our team of bank staff to provide ad-hoc cover for staff holidays and sickness. Our bank opportunities provide flexibility and often lead to permanent contracted hours.
Rates of pay are competitive and vary by home. We provide the same level of training and continual personal development as we do for our permanent staff, as well as a free uniform, free DBS check and free staff meals when on duty.
We believe in supporting the people who work for us by providing access to an Employee Assistance Scheme which offers access to advice on all manner of issues as well as access to telephone and face-to-face counselling.
If you believe in treating people as individuals and are passionate about providing care with dignity and respect, then we would love to hear from you.
