Brendoncare employs over 700 staff throughout its care homes, clubs division and in its central office in Winchester. A large number of volunteers also assist with supporting residents in our care homes, running clubs, fundraising and social events.
“I love being part of the Brendoncare family. Every colleague and volunteer contributes brilliantly to our happy, vibrant communities that support people every step of the way. Growing in age should never limit your opportunities or how you spend your time: we aim to empower people to live life to the fullest potential, where and how they choose”

“I love working for a charity that makes a real difference to people’s lives and that every penny we make is invested into supporting the people who use our services. My main aim is to ensure that we use our resources as efficiently as we can, so that we can continually reinvest and increase the number of people we are able to support.“
