This page enables you to access information about your loved one’s care home and the care they are receiving. We also welcome compliments and feedback to help us further improve our services.
At Brendoncare we use PCS’s digital care planning software to save time on paperwork, allowing us to spend more time with your loved ones. We log care interactions, activities and wellness all through one easy app which relatives can access, with residents’ permission of course, giving you the peace of mind we’re looking after your loved one, just as well as you would. You can even send messages and share images together, enabling you and your loved one to stay connected.

In order to ensure that new care seekers are put through to the customer relations team, we are introducing some additional external phone numbers. Please be assured that existing home numbers remain the same, so as current Brendoncare residents and relatives, we ask that you continue to call using either the direct number for resident rooms or the home’s main number as you do now.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask your home’s administrator.

Keeping you informed of all the latest news relating to your loved one’s home is of great importance to us. You should receive the home newsletter automatically, via the Home Administrator.
