Located in the popular Hampshire town of Chandlers Ford, Brendoncare Knightwood Mews and Crescent is a purpose-built development of two-bedroom apartments and bungalows set within mature landscaped gardens and grounds.
The development offers 30 apartments and seven bungalows, each enabling independent living for their owners. Built to an impeccable standard, all have a fully fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, spacious bathroom, patio or balcony. All are carpeted with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.
The development’s design makes it easily accessible by wheelchair users. There is also ample parking for residents.
All the properties are available for sale on a leasehold basis.
Extra Care
An alarm system links Knightwood Mews and Crescent’s apartments to the on-site Knightwood care home with emergency calls answered 24 hours a day by a friendly, dedicated team. The team is also there to give help with personal care, domestic tasks and maintenance giving you added support, if and when you need it.
Included in the annual service charge
Services provided by Brendoncare to owners of Knightwood Mews and Crescent’s apartments and bungalows include:
- Day to day maintenance of the buildings
- Repairs to the interior and exterior of your home (excluding internal decorations) as specified in the service charge contract
- Building insurance
- External window cleaning
- A fund for future maintenance e.g. exterior painting
- Maintenance of the garden and grounds
- Use of a communal room for social occasions
- Access to the onsite restaurant for freshly prepared meals
