Located in the historic market town of Alton, Mary Rose Mews is a purpose-built development of 46 apartments in attractive gardens and grounds of our nursing home.
Mary Rose Mews offers a choice of one and two bedroom apartments enabling independent living for their owners. Built to an impeccable standard, all have a fully fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom, its and upper floor apartments also having a balcony. All are fully carpeted with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.
We have designed the Mews to make it easily accessible by wheelchair users. There is also designated parking for residents.
All our properties are available for sale on a leasehold basis.
Extra Care
Our alarm system links the Mary Rose Mews apartments to our co-located Alton Care Home with emergency calls answered 24 hours a day by our friendly, dedicated extra care team. Our team is also there to give help with personal care, domestic tasks and maintenance, giving peace of mind if you need a little extra support from time to time.
Included in our annual service charge
Services we provide to owners of Mary Rose Mews’ apartments include:
- Day to day maintenance of the buildings
- Repairs to the interior and exterior of your home (excluding internal decorations) as specified in our service charge contract
- Building insurance
- External window cleaning
- A fund for future maintenance e.g. exterior painting
- Maintenance of the garden and grounds
- Use of a communal room for social occasions
- Access to our onsite restaurant for freshly prepared meals
