Located in the historic West Sussex town of East Grinstead, Stildon Mews is a purpose-built development of two-bedroom apartments set in the attractive gardens and grounds of our nursing home.
The development offers 11 apartments, each providing separate, independent living. Built to an impeccable standard, all have a fully fitted kitchen, spacious bathroom, patio or a view across the gardens. All are fully carpeted and have vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.
Our design of the development makes it easily accessible by wheelchair users. There is also designated parking for residents.
All our properties are available for sale on a leasehold basis.
Extra Care
An alarm system links the Stildon Mews apartments to our Stildon care home with emergency calls answered 24 hours a day by our friendly, dedicated extra care team. Our nursing home team is also there to give help with personal care, domestic tasks and maintenance supporting you to live independently, whilst reducing the strain of everyday household tasks.
Included in our annual service charge
Services we provide to owners of Stildon Mews’ apartments include:
- Day to day maintenance of the buildings
- Repairs to the interior and exterior of your home (excluding internal decorations) as specified in the service charge contract
- Building insurance
- External window cleaning
- A fund for future maintenance e.g. exterior painting
- Maintenance of the garden and grounds
- Use of a communal room for social occasions
- Access to our onsite restaurant for freshly prepared meals
